SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:

  • Sundays

  • Public holidays in India

  • Unexpected operational closure days

During high order volumes, launches, festive seasons, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message along with tracking details.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional restrictions

  • Operational disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dã Mehvish ships selected products internationally from India.

Estimated International Delivery Timelines

  • Asia: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • North America: 7–15 business days

  • Middle East: 5–12 business days

  • Other Regions: 10–20 business days

International delivery timelines may vary depending on:

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions at our discretion.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Applicable courier charges

Any promotional free shipping offers will be subject to terms and conditions displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

5. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

For international orders:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT/GST

  • Handling charges

  • Additional local government fees

are the sole responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Dã Mehvish is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs authorities in the destination country.

If a customer refuses to accept an international shipment due to customs charges or import duties, the order may not qualify for a full refund.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking updates and ensuring availability at the delivery location.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policies.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to respond to courier communication

the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Dã Mehvish shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete address details

  • Incorrect contact numbers

  • Invalid postal/ZIP codes

If an order has not yet been dispatched, customers may request address modifications by contacting us immediately.

9. LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to the courier network.

Dã Mehvish is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by logistics providers

  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the courier

  • Theft after successful delivery

  • Customs clearance delays for international shipments

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in coordinating with the courier partner.

10. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not use the product

  • Take clear photos/videos of the package and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

11. RESTRICTED PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Certain fragrance and perfume products may be classified as restricted goods for air transportation under international shipping regulations.

As a result:

  • Some countries may not permit import of fragrance products

  • Certain shipping methods may be unavailable

  • Delivery timelines may increase due to additional inspections

Dã Mehvish reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally shipped to a destination.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • War

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs holds

  • Technical failures, etc..
