Refund policy

At Dã Mehvish, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery only in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is missing from the order

  • The product is expired

Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used, opened, or tested products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, and invoice/proof of purchase

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, please email us at damehvish@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Customer ID and Payment proof

Return requests without proper proof may not be eligible for approval.

Please do not send products back without receiving confirmation from our support team.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non returnable and non refundable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Solid perfumes that have been tested or tampered with

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

  • If the seal is open

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at damehvish@gmail.com.

Our team will review the issue and may request additional evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

  • International returns may not be feasible due to shipping and customs regulations on fragrance products

  • Refunds for refused or unclaimed international shipments may be subject to deduction of shipping and handling charges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • The refund may take 7–15 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges, COD charges, customs duties, and taxes are non refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
